Chelsea is a business strategist and consultant, helping women in business and female-led brands to start, strategise, scale and strengthen their businesses. Following a decade of commercial management in the corporate world, working for industry heavyweights such as L’Oreal/Lancôme, The Telegraph and Hearst UK, Chelsea followed her life’s ambition of creating her own business.
Her passion and expertise led her to start a consultancy business through which she supports her clients in finding business clarity, confidence and growth through clear & concise strategies & development, working with an array of brands, SME’s, influencers and entrepreneurs.
This session will provide you with a better understanding of outsourcing opportunities, outsourcing for growth, creating an outsourcing roadmap and seeing outsourcing as a fantastic business tool.

Chelsea cox, Founder of Well-Defined and Business consultant
Chelsea grew up on the sunny shores of the Costa Del Sol in Spain. As the one of the only English families in a Spanish community, it wasn’t always easy, but Chelsea says it was a fabulous childhood and is fluent in Spanish!
At 18, Chelsea moved from Spain to London seeking a career in the ‘big smoke’. She worked for Lancôme and quickly climbed the ladder to become a Business Manager. And picked up a few awards along the way too, such as the Tamara Montgomery Award.
Then, something life-altering happened to Chesela… she became a mother. Chelsea speaks fondly of her daughter and says she is the ‘why’ behind everything she does.
Chelsea’s career took her to The Telegraph where she was part of the team to launch the biggest women’s wellness festival in Europe; Be:FIT. She picked up a few more awards for that too, such as ‘Sales Person of the Year’ and ‘Best Brand Expansion’.
Chelsea did some serious soul work to help her identify her next step – setting up my own business – and took a massive leap of faith. 3 years on and she has helped and supported countless women in business and female-led brands to achieve real growth and confidence in their business strategies and sales endeavours. Cheslea’s bespoke approach and guidance alleviates the stress so her clients can focus on the work that’s meaningful to them.
