September: A time for new beginnings

It's September and the perfect time to start a fresh, to reevaluate things and work out what the priority is for you *and* your life (not just your business).

Not only is it a new season but a very uncertain time for many. We don't know what the next few weeks, months or even years look like but we know they're going to be challenging.

When times are tough we can become introspective and start to worry about the unknown, scarcity mindset kicks in and panic takes over.

Having spoken with hundreds of women over the last few months, we're all feeling it. It's a lot.

We don't have all the answers but at Found & Flourish we believe success and resilience can be influenced by number of factors including people, structure and culture.

You can't invest in one without the other.
